PATTERN INFORMATION
This pattern is made in two pieces and produces a lovely texture and mock harlequin shape to the shell group stitches. The pattern is worked in rows using a crosshatch shell stitch which produces square shapes on the diagonal giving a harlequin shaped effect when worked in distinct colors. Shoulder seams and neck edging are evened off before adding the finishing touches. A simple tie cord each side secures the tabard, and your little one is ready to play!
